Volunteers are the backbone of Crossroads’ service delivery. Every Monday through Friday we need volunteers in the kitchen to help with set-up and serving from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We also need help in Crossroads’ mailroom (from 9:15-12:30 to distribute mail to the hundreds of folks for whom Crossroads is their legal address) and in our help office (flexible hours).
You are welcome to volunteer on any schedule — one day a month, two days a week, every day — whatever works for you. (We have secure off-street parking. The nearest MARTA station is the Civic Center Station — Crossroads is 2 blocks east of the station. Call 404-873-7652 or e-mail stan@crossroadsatlanta.org
We rely heavily on community contributions to carry out our ministry. We are always grateful for bulk quantities of donated food — especially frozen hams, turkeys, chickens, and frozen or large (#10) cans of vegetables. To donate food, please call Clyde Corbin at (404) 873-7655.
And we are especially grateful for financial support. Crossroads Community Ministries is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. Your contributions are fully tax-deductible. Please provide your name and address so that we can acknowledge your gift, or use the convenient fully secure on-line donation. If your employer matches gifts, please let us know that too.
Please send your contributions to: Stan Dawson, Executive Director Crossroads Community Ministries 420 Courtland St. Atlanta, GA 30308
